Professor Patrick Danaher
Patrick Danaher is currently a Professor of Education in three Australian universities and at the University of Helsinki, Finland.
His research explores how individuals and groups learn in a wide variety of formal and informal educational environments, sometimes in very challenging contexts.
Patrick's PhD (Central Queensland University, 2001) investigated the educational aspirations and outcomes of the children of the occupationally mobile fairground and show communities in eastern Australia.
He has authored 7 research books and co-edited 25 research books, with a further two books currently in press. Patrick has also had the privilege of co-supervising more than 40 doctoral students to graduation in their degrees.
He is particularly interested in stories and strategies of personal and community change and transformation, as ways of helping to make our world more equitable, inclusive and peaceful.
A key element of that change and transformation is increasing our understandings of ourselves and of others, and of how we make sense of our shared humanity.

Author, Founder & Creator of RUGBY Mindset and Quality Review, Katrina has translated front-line experience in project administration to simplify complexity, allowing space to unlock discretionary effort cross-workforce & close performance gaps which exist across & within projects.
